A great opportunity for someone with administrative and people skills to work with a small but dynamic physiotherapy team at The Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath.

We have a vacancy for a 15 hours post to support our Community Physiotherapy Team with the administration and day to day running of the department.

The main duties of this job will include;
- Assist in the provision of a high quality and efficient administrative service to the Physiotherapy Department.
- Responsible for the registering and data input (onto the department IT systems) of all referrals received in department and transferring them on as appropriate within guidelines
- Provide clerical support for the Physiotherapy service (including greeting/arriving patients, registration of referrals, booking day to day appointments, sending letters, receiving/making phone calls).
- To adhere to Trust policies to provide a high quality and professional service
- To uphold equality and diversity practices in this area in order to promote equity of access of care for patients.
