Office Angels have teamed up with a forward thinking, dynamic client who are in the manufacturing industry, are looking to recruit a **Payroll and HR specialist.** This role is a busy role and you can work from home and in the office. You will join an established team of individuals who are hardworking, have excellent communication skills as well as enjoying developing withinthis company and sector.

**The day to day duties in your new job will be.**

The Payroll & HR Reporting Specialist will be responsible for capturing and managing the data entry to

our 3rd party payroll provider, ensuring all steps are completed and checked to enable monthly commitment (approval)

of payroll and for managing payroll queries and supporting on annual payroll elements for example P60

and P11D reporting.

Additionally the Payroll & HR Reporting Specialist is responsible creating and managing reporting and

analytics templates and working closely with HR on routine reporting and improvements and risk areas.

This is a brand new role and a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced with payroll and reporting and

analytics to work closely with the team to deliver a best in class service function.

**Payroll Duties**:
Data entry and checking of all employee compensation and earnings elements, inputs and reporting into payroll

system, to pre-commit (approval) stage

This includes but is not limited to, basic hours (hourly paid); salaries; allowances; sickness; maternity;
paternity; parental leave etc.

**HR Reporting & Analytics**:
 Producing and analysing monthly statistics and trends including joiners, absence, turnover, retention

 Work closely with the HR Director in respect of employee engagement surveys and outputs

 Analysis of HR data, metrics, and statistics, and working closely with the HR stakeholders to make business

improvements and recommendations

 Supporting HR team with internal documentation for new starters & leavers etc. and ensuring all system rights

are granted and withdrawn as appropriate

 Implementing and managing robust exit interview analytics and leaver trends

 Reviewing employee records working closely with the delivery team stakeholders to ensure all data across the

business is aligned and quality checked

 Supporting the HR Director in the delivery of key transformational projects, including system changes and

efficiency improvements

 Manpower planning reporting, headcount analytics

 Reporting of spend and administration of HR; Training and Facilities PO's

 Experience of payroll & HR reporting is essential

 Must have previously managed payroll reporting into IHCM systems (ADP)

 Annual payroll preparation and reporting such as P60 and P11D experience is highly desirable

 A strong understanding of Salary Sacrifice and Benefits management, including Pension Auto-Enrolment is required

 Advanced excel user
