Based in our award-winning Bristol head office with some remote working option and reporting to Pukka's ECommerce Lead, the ecommerce specialist is a permanent full-time role, with a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum depending on the experience,alongside a benefits package designed to nurture your wellbeing and personal development.
**About the opportunity**
This exciting opportunity calls for an experienced ecommerce specialist to drive commercial performance of the Pukka UK DTC site via day-to-day trading activity.
Driving this strategy serves to deliver Pukka's ambition to nurture healthier, happier lives through powerful organic plants.
In this role you'll support commercial performance of other Pukka ecommerce channels as well as own the performance KPI's within each channel you are responsible for.
You'll manage and optimise media spend, keeping within profitability guardrails, as well as establish an organic optimization program designed to complement the paid media activity.
You will also be involved in implementing best practice campaign strategy and structure to Pureplay marketing accounts and to identify emerging trends that represent commercial opportunities for Pukka.
You'll work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure we have the best creative formats in play to drive the best engagement and conversion on platform.
You'll also be working with the wider portfolio team to advise and input on the evolution of our ecommerce offering for Pukka that drives brand awareness and maximises profitability and growth.
**About you**
A lover for all things digital, you'll have a passion for Pukka's vision to connect people, plants, and the planet. Extensive experience gained in driving performance of a DTC website via Google and Facebook advertising is essential. You'll have solid understandingof ROAS, campaign optimisation and campaign strategy with a familiarity in AMS is preferred.
A key part of this role is in understanding the paid media optimization process, as well as the wider eCommerce working environment. You'll have the knowledge of various forecasting tools and reporting platforms to forecast financial and inventory performancewithin the calendar year.
With a strong background in statistical analysis, you will utilise data to drive sales forecasts for DTC. You'll have the capacity for problem conceptualization and solution design through your analytical thinking and lead on reporting and data analysiswith support from BI analysts.
This is a fast-paced role which has its complexities and challenges, therefore a positive and flexible approach to problem solving is essential. You'll be experienced at engaging and influencing stakeholders and senior leaders, exciting and inspiring withplans and getting their buy in, always with a clear and respectful communication style.
