- A background working in busy creative studio environments
- You’re an inquisitive individual who shows interest in the work we’re producing and questions how we could do things better.
- A desire to keep learning and growing in your career and push your design thinking.
- You'll enjoy variety - no two days are the same here.
- You'll thrive in being part of a growing multi-disciplined creative team.
- You’ll have vision and take responsibility for your work, blending an ability to think strategically, conceptually and emotively.
- You’re someone who is constantly looking to push the quality of design output. And who’s always a Brand guardian for the clients you work on.
- You’re at home designing everything from initial visuals and concepts, to beautifully crafted finished work, to using your prowess to bring presentations to life.
- You have the ability to confidently present and defend work.
- You love nothing more than figuring out how to do new things and find the opportunity in every brief to learn, experiment and make something new and exciting.
- You’re a conceptual thinker with solid typography skills and exceptional integrated design skills.
- You’ll enjoy being empowered to push creative boundaries when and where possible.
- You'll design for big, well-known brands. Every day.
- As we move towards a more digital environment, it’s important you have an interest in and ability to design and produce digital content. So
- Whilst not a digital expert, you’ll have knowledge of cross platform UX and UI design and best practices (desktop/mobile/tablet)
- Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) is your happy place.
- Experience with After Effects and Cinema 4D would be brilliant, but by no means essential.
