Head Server

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all staff are properly trained and knowledgeable about the menu and specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure that all orders are taken accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Train new servers on proper serving techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
