**About the Role**:
As an Assistant to the board of directors and senior leadership team, you will work closely with them to provide administrative support. You will help the directors and managers make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks. The postholder will understand the aims and objectives of the business and strive to meet the company goals. They will have excellent organisation and communication skills and be able to manage their workload effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Dairy management: Organise and maintain the managements schedule, including meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and events. Ensure management are well-prepared and informed for all engagements.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and necessary documentation for business trips or personal travel.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as filing documents, preparing reports and managing office supplies.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to the business matters.
- Task Prioritisation: Assess the urgency and importance of tasks to effectively prioritise and manage workload.
- Meeting Support: Organise and coordinate meetings, take meeting minutes, and provide relevant materials to attendees as needed.
- Research: Conduct research on various topics, gather information, and present findings to assist in making informed decisions.
- Event Planning: Support the events manager in making sure events are ran smoothly and are planned correctly and the equipment is ordered.
- Business Errands: Handle errands, such as ordering, making reservations, or arranging services based on the business needs.
- I.T Literate: Be literate in I.T and be able to navigate a computer easily and pick up systems efficiently. Support the senior management team in arranging web based meetings or organisation of documents.
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Arranging social events for both clients and the team.
- Reporting progress to the senior team.
- Set a good example to the team. Work according to company culture and values; prioritise ruthlessly, use good communication and deliver results effectively.
- To deal with clients, internal and external personnel in a professional manner at all times.
- To act as an ambassador for the business and promote its products/services.
- To assist other departments and areas of the business as required.

Experience in property, business industries.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
