Basic Salary **£40,000** per annum, **plus % Performance Related Bonus**

**What we do?**

Our Building Division specialise with in the field of Disabled Adaptations, supporting the provision of our contracted building services. With particular focus on creating accessible properties for all, inclusive of Level Access Wet Rooms, Ramps and Railings as well as Height Adjustable Kitchens.

**What will you be doing?**

The successful Wet Room Installer will be competent in the completion of disabled adaptations. Supporting with the removal of existing bathrooms and installation of Level Access showers as per client specifications.

Completing all of which to a high standard in compliance and accordance with current regulation/legislation. Ensuring exceptional customer and client satisfaction at all times.

**What do you need?**

Evidence of a minimum of 2 years’ time-served / Trade experience

Previous Disabled Adaptions Experience - Desirable but **NOT **Essential

Full Clean UK Driving Licence
