We’re looking for a Multi-Tradesperson to join our Empty Homes team in North Hampshire. Based out of Basingstoke, you’ll be working around our North Hampshire and surrounding areas. This is a full time, permanent role, working 39 hours per week. On top of the competitive salary, you can benefit from:

**Here’s the facts about the role**:
As a multi trade, you’ll carry out a variety of repairs to our properties. This’ll include carpentry, plumbing, decorating and other varied skilled tasks.

You’ll use your specialist skills, expertise and initiative to carry out your job to a high standard. You’ll attend all jobs as arranged with the customer, making sure jobs are completed ‘right first time’.

You’ll be qualified to City & Guilds NVQ level 2 in one or more trades (we’ll also take your experience into consideration). You also need to have a full current driving licence to drive a company van. If you’re competent to tile, paint, carry out basic plumbing and plaster walls (to name a few) then we’d love to hear from you.

We do our best to make reasonable adjustments wherever possible. However, due to the nature of this position, the job holder must be capable of:

- Working at heights
- Manual handling and lifting heavy and bulky items
- A high degree of mobility, which will include walking/lifting/loading and unloading vehicles
