We are currently seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Match Day Safety Stewards. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and security of spectators and event attendees during match days and other events. You will be responsible for maintaining order, assisting with crowd management, and responding to any security incidents as they arise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the safety and well-being of event attendees by providing excellent customer service.
- Assist in crowd management and maintain order during events.
- Conduct security checks and screening as required un the ground safety regulations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to any security incidents or emergencies.
- Collaborate with fellow stewards and security personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Follow and enforce company policies and ground-specific regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role or background in security is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- A proactive and responsible attitude.
- Availability to work on match days and other event schedules.
- SIA license (or willing to obtain one).
- Able to provide a DBS Check or (willing to obtain one).
- 5 year work history or HMRC Letter proving work History.
