**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, sandwiches, salads, and other items to customers
- Greet customers as they enter through the front door
- Answer questions about our menu, products, and services
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Maintain cleanliness of the cafe area - including but not limited to dishes, silverware, glasses, etc.
- Stock products as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines set out by the city or state
- Work cooperatively with management to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and employees
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Skills**
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required (will train)
- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on an intermittent basis
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.50 per hour
