Are you a Night Care Assistant who is compassionate, patient, and personable and would like to develop your career with us? If so, we would like to hear from you.
- Role: Night Care Assistant
- Hours: 18 hours per week (2 x 9pm - 7am, including some weekends)
- Salary: £12.96 per hour (£12,163 pro rata FTE)
- Location: Wixams Retirement Village, Bedford Road, Bedford, MK42 6EA

As a Night Care Assistant, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:

- Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities,
- Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents
- Encourage independence and self-belief
- Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.

Person Specification
- Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification
- Personable, an effective communicator and a team player
- Passionate about delivering a quality care service
- Flexible with hours.
