As a **Retail Catering** **Supervisor** at Sodexo in **Birmingham Children's Hospital**, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. **What you’ll do**:

- Oversee the setup and serving of hot and/or cold foods from counters and steamtables
- Ensuring equipment and workstations is sanitized
- Reads recipes and/or product directions and estimate food requirements
- Overseeing the replenishment of food from counters and steam table and break down stations at the end of meal periods

**What you bring**:

- Positive attitude, professionalism and respect for others
- Basic food-handling skills
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
- Basic Food Hygiene and Health and Safety certificate, or equivalent
- Have previous supervisory experience.
