Nursery Cook

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced cook for our nursery kitchen in our Johnstown setting.

Individuals will be responsible for good cleaning a hygiene levels, whilst following HACAP procedures set out and menus rotated on a 4 weekly basis. Dealing with environmental health visits will be part of the job role as well as maintaining our level 5 score in your kitchen. The position is for a cook to work alone in the kitchen therefore you would have sole responsibility for the kitchen and everything in it.

A sound knowledge of allergy food groups and how to create dishes minus food allergens if needed is essential.

This is a part time position between the hours of 8.30-3.00 (flexible) Monday - Friday however there is an option of more hours. **No weekend or evening work**
