**Job Title - Handyperson / Maintenance Operative**
**Location - Cobham Training Ground, may include visits to other sites**
**Hours - Permanent - 40 hours, any 5 from 7**

**What We’re Looking For**:
Chelsea FC are looking for Handyperson to maintain the facilities mainly at Cobham training ground. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the estate operates smoothly. General task will include furniture building/removals, site clearance, keeping areas clean, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting etc. Working individually or as part of a team to complete repair and maintenance tasks.
- Perform general maintenance tasks including basic plumbing and electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Handle repairs and installations efficiently and with attention to detail
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities
- Carrying out reactive maintenance and refurbishment
- Respond promptly to service calls and resolve issues effectively
- Daily use of mobile CAFM system, which tasks are allocated through
- Facilities support tasks, such as accepting/moving deliveries, site clearance and supporting other departments in tasks
- Carryout general fabric tasks as required by management
- Operational support for the wider Chelsea FC team and guests
- Ensuring that all company H&S procedures are followed
- Completing logbooks and necessary documentation as required
- Other tasks as required as part of the operational delivery requirements
**Nice to Haves/qualified by demonstrable experience to the level required**:
- Basic H&S awareness
- Building service experience
- COSHH training
- Manual handling training
- Worked within a stadium or sports arena and hotel industry
- Working within a maintenance team environment
- Positive communicator
- Working in a public facing role
- Able to work to tight deadlines and timeframes
