InterMoor are currently looking to hire a Credit Controller on a full time, 6 month fixed term basis. The Credit Controller is responsible for daily interaction with M&A Finance teams and M&A customers to ensure outstanding debtors are adequately pursued and Debtor Days remain within target levels. The Credit Controller will assist the business to make best use of systems, improve processes and minimize outstanding debtors.
This position can be based at our facility in Aberdeen, remote or hybrid.

**Duties**
- Coordinate with regional teams and credit controllers to ensure debts are being pursued either locally or centrally.
- Coordinate and carry out collections activities.
- Collections support to those regions who require additional support.
- Holiday cover for those regions without adequate cover.
- Ensure Top 10 debtors are pursued weekly and escalated where necessary.
- Coordinate legal efforts with Acteon Legal when required.
- Ensure all Withholding Tax Certificates are obtained from clients.
- Ensure adoption and utilisation of the credit control system Yaypay in all regions.
- Create Credit Control processes based on Yaypay (with regional variations where required)
- Monitor processes in place for adherence.
- Give training and support on Yaypay where required.
- Attendance on Treasury cash calls.
**Requirements**:
- Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others.
- Navision system experience desirable.
- Yaypay system experience essential.
- Credit control system implementation experience desirable.
- Ability to communicate virtually with overseas Finance teams.
- Ability to perform tasks and achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and precision.
- Ability to work both independently and within teams.
