**About the role**: We are looking for a Research Associate to join The School of Geography, Geology and the Environment as a Palaeoclimate modeller, supporting our Leverhulme-funded project ‘Earth System dynamics at the birth of the animal-rich biosphere’. You would work both collaboratively and independently as part of a research team that involves Leicester, Cambridge and Burgundy universities. The role will involve the use and development of state-of-the art General Circulation Models applied in deep time contexts, with a particular emphasis on understanding potential feedbacks between global environment and macro-evolution.
