To be accountable for organising and coordinating Buttercups events and socials, to support internal publication of internal communications, to support the HR Team with administrative duties and notetaking, and to support the Senior Management Team with scheduling of meetings.

**Duties include**:
**Events, Socials, Meetings, and Training days**

Coordinating employee social events and supporting teams across the organisation with event planning by:

- Collaborating with event planners and coordinators to ensure successful events.
- Assisting in organising various events, including employee socials and team-building events, conferences, and meetings at Buttercups House, and supporting EDI initiatives.
- Providing support to internal teams for booking travel and accommodation.
- Handle communication tasks related to events, such as invitations, announcements, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate logistics, manage guest lists, and oversee event registration.
- Assist with marketing and promotional efforts for events.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and data management.
- Supporting internal teams with the coordination of external events when required.
- Communications
- Supporting the delivery of the communications strategy by:

- Publishing content to internal intranet and MS Teams channels.
- Supporting the authoring and sharing of content.
- Updating company documentation.

**Supporting the Senior Management Team**

The postholder will support the Senior Management Team by:

- Coordinating the scheduling of key meetings.
- Supporting the management of the SMT meetings.
- Coordinating SMT availability.
- Notetaking at meetings where required.
- Preparing documentation ahead of key events.
- Any other duties deemed reasonable by the CEO.

**Supporting the HR Team**

Supporting the HR Team by:

- Supporting administrative duties such as posting vacancies and updating documentation.
- Notetaking in formal meetings where required.
- Procuring gifts for employee milestones when required.
- Join interview panels when required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
