This opportunity is going to allow you to become an expert and take your IT knowledge to the next level. You will join a team of professionals, offering support to clients, assisting with hardware/software repairs, building PCs and so much more

In this role, you’ll work towards your level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Provide 1st line support to customers - either on a remote basis or via telephone
- Utilize the ticketing system and escalate issues where necessary
- Build and repair PCs/laptops
- Run diagnostics to test hardware
- Work towards Service Level Agreements

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Salary, Hours** **&** **Benefits**:

- Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- £12,500 - £15,000 Per annum

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:

- Eager to learn
- Keen interest in IT - hardware/ software knowledge is beneficial
- Ability to communicate effectively - written and verbal
- Customer service skills - experience beneficial
- Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths and English or Level 2 Functional Skills
