**Location**:Barrow-in-Furness - on site

**Salary**:From £43,373 - (depending on skills and experience)

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Delivering and managing activities in line with the business objectives/strategic direction
- Completing daily inspections and responding appropriately to any emergencies
- Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies
- Management of third parties undertaking FM tasks on behalf of the business (end to end)
- Stakeholder management - influences local organisation, customers, supplier, partners and peers
- Undertaking people management or building an effective team to support activities
- Responsibility for ensuring the Health & Safety of all your employees and that your area operates in accordance with Company Health and Safety Policies and Procedures

**Your skills and experiences**:
***

**Essential**
- Proficient in MS Office packages
- Evidence of previous stakeholder management and creating good working relationships
- People management / Leadership skills
- Facilities Management background/knowledge

**Desirable**
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety ideally NEBOSH qualified
- Experience using SAP
- Previous experience working in a time focused, deadline driven environment

As a Site and Facilities Professional, you will lead, consult and support activities aligning to the full Facilities Management lifecycle. You will be a member of the ever-growing Operations team and have the opportunity to be involved in in the new site development as well as future facilities projects. You will enjoy a varied day-to-day as you work on multiple projects, and your successes will be recognised by both management & stakeholders.
