**You'll have the following responsibilities**
- Build strong working relationships with the Sales Managers and Teams you’ll be supporting
- Understand the L&D sales capability plans and strategy
- Working consultatively to identify opportunities to provide support to sellers. Building and delivering local plans, that align with wider Enterprise sales capability strategy
- Deliver development on a 1 to 1, 1 to few or 1 to many basis, through coaching and training sessions, to drive performance and engagement in the team
- Show an agile mind-set by making ‘in the moment decisions’ as to how best to deliver learning content and coaching to maximise learning experience
- Responsible for ensuring the sales methodology is embedded across the regional desk community
- Working with stakeholders and Learning Managers to identify opportunities, questioning to understand development needs and deploying learning with agility to meet a need.
- Supporting the development of a coaching culture amongst the teams you support. Identifying ways to monitor and improve effective coaching activity in the team

**You will have the following skills & experience**

- **Culture**: Awareness of the impact culture has on sales success and business outcomes, and how to bring about positive change through the right vehicles
- **Analytical thinking**: Able to interpret and draw insight from data to achieve the right learning intervention and prove the impact and value
- **Product Knowledge**: Understanding of the BT and EE products sold within SME Desk
- **System Knowledge**: Understanding of the BT and EE systems used by SME Desk.
