**Full-Time, Permanent Position**

Here at Howells, we are working with aTrade Association to find a Member Services Executive to join their team in Central London. Insurance experience essential for this role.

As the Member Services Executive, your job will involve the following:
- Assist the CEO and Executive team to deliver the company strategy and business plan within designated timescales.
- Lead the Company Supplier Membership tier ensuring the proposition remains relevant and attractive to both existing and potential new members
- As part of the Executive team, contribute to the company program of Knowledge and Insights bringing Supplier tier expertise to enhance and deliver the programs delivery.
- Manage and expedite all member / non-member queries generated by the company inbox and /or website platform.
- Act as the company website coordinator including managing small change and self-service website change capabilities.
- Develop and create a Management Information reporting suite for both internal and external use in promoting the Association and its members.
- Review and report on all company collateral and event statistics/ analytics providing comment and recommendations where appropriate.

- Good personal skills, confident, ability to engage proactively (Supplier accountability)
- Marketing skills - website knowledge / analytics
- Good organizational skills
- Insurance knowledge and experience
