Planned Maintenance Coordinator

**An opportunity has become available for** **a Planned Maintenance Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of planned and preventative maintenance across our full business portfolio. The Planned Maintenance Coordinator will have responsibility in assisting to ensure maintenance visits are kept on track, producing, and amending plan of works, and communicating effectively with customers.**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with appropriate clients and develop good working relationships.
- Coordinate maintenance documentation ensuring it is kept up to date and relevant.
- Monitor maintenance progress and highlight variance against attendance deadlines
- To be a key point of contact for the customer throughout the whole maintenance process, discussing the requirement for staff relocation during maintenance activities
- To be able to plan effectively and review forecast effectively.
- To ensure all maintenance related documents are produced.
- Ability to assist and work with wider team to ensure department is up to standard and improvements implemented.
- Work closely with National Service Delivery Manager when required on key tasks to benefit the wider department.

- Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally.
- Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
- Ability to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues.
