Finishing Foreman

Recruitment Solutions are currently working with a main contractor who specialise in traditional residential builds, they are coming towards the end of a large project (80+ houses) whereby we are looking for a finishing foreman to assist with the final stages of the project.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with all sub contractors & site/project manager
- Highlight any snags and organise fixes to be put in place
- Completion of relevant paperwork
- Previous experience (minimum 3 years) in a similar role
- Experience working on residential build sites
- Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff & clients
- Able to understand site drawings

**Working days, hours & salary**:

- Monday - Friday
- 07:30 - 16:30
- £25 p/hour (£200 p/day)
