This is an excellent and interesting opportunity to work for a Birmingham based IFA firm who have a client centred approach and are experienced in helping clients with complex needs and treat their staff well while having lots of fun in the process.

This role would ideally suit someone who has experience of and enjoys working within a truly independent IFA Firm.

The purpose of the role is to provide client services, and administration support to an IFA practice who offer unparalleled service to their clients.

You will provide support to the whole team, including Financial Advisers and clients.

You will contribute to the success of the company overall and adhere to all internal compliance standards and administration procedures ensuring that client satisfaction is of the highest standard throughout all contact with clients and colleagues.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Maintaining records on the back office system
Supporting clients and advisers with queries
Submitting Letters of Authority to providers
Producing and analysing data
Helping support and train less experienced team members

**In return you will earn an excellent salary of up to £32,000 and an annual discretionary bonus and other benefits including**:
