- A portfolio of work samples showcasing UX design work.
- Experience designing enterprise products with workflows in technical domains.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience leading design projects from concept to detailed design and implementation partnership with engineering.
- Experience partnering with UX Research to amplify research and design impact.
- Experience in defining processes and facilitating in person and remote working sessions to help drive the product strategy forward.
- Experience in building relationships, with outstanding written and verbal communications skills and the ability to influence both internally and externally.

As an Interaction Designer, you’ll rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences—from concept to execution. Like all of our UX jobs, you’ll collaborate with your design partners to leverage and evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative, inspired products that people love to use.

Users come first at Google. Advertisers worldwide use Google Ads to promote their products; publishers use AdSense to serve relevant ads on their website; and business around the world use our products (like Google Shopping, and Google Wallet) to support their online businesses and bring users into their offline stores. **Responsibilities**:

- Create new designs which effectively respond to briefs and solve for the challenge presented. Deliverables include (but not limited to) high-level and/or detailed user flows, wireframes and mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop product strategy in partnership with Product Managers and Engineering.
- Communicate design intent to teams and stakeholders. Clearly rationalize and justify design work and advocate for users' needs.
- Work closely with user researchers to better inform designs through users' point of view, and with content strategists to launch products that communicate effectively and on-brand.
- Collaborate with, and foster trust and mutual respect with all partners.
