Salary range 2- 4, £20,441 - £25,878 (national pay award pending)

Our opening hours are 08:30 - 16:30* Monday to Friday and 09:00 - 12:00 on Saturday.

(*dependant on scheduled work location)

Hours are on a flexible rota basis to reflect the needs of the business and will include some Saturday and may include evening working to cover conferences at our Business Centres in Wisbech or Chatteris.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the My Fenland Team. We are looking for a customer-focused individual who will thrive working as part of a busy and lively customer focused team.

In addition, the My Fenland team provides admin support to a range of key services from across the council. Working across Fenland, our Contact Centre is based at Fenland Hall in March, with Business Centres in Wisbech and Chatteris. Our face-to-face interactions are offered in the four market towns of Fenland: March, Wisbech, Whittlesey and Chatteris. Therefore, you will need use of a vehicle.

Previous experience in a customer-focused environment would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.
