Our client is a Deluxe 4
- Hotel on the outskirts of Bishops Stortford, and are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join their busy brigade. The hotel has 3 fresh food restaurants and caters for a variety of functions. They are looking for a JuniorSous Chef who is creative and focused, and wanting to establish themselves in a high end kitchen. You will be a passionate, talented and hardworking Junior Sous Chef and have the drive and determination to help support this professional brigade.

All produce is sourced as local as possible, and using only the finest and freshest ingredients the menu is changed seasonally, therefore showcasing the best produce of the region.

Ideally you will be at either Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie level with good experience in either a high volume quality kitchen or a Rosette Restaurant. You must be flexible to work on all sections as required and have the ability to train juniorchefs on each section. As Junior Sous Chef you will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef. You must have good kitchen management skills and be committed to providing a high level of cuisine and service at all times.

Car driver essential, due to location.
