Visa Consultant

Role: Visa Services Consultant
Start: ASAP
Location: Munich, Frankfurt and Berlin (full time office based)

**Salary**: €32,000 to €35,000 per annum
Working hours: 8-hour schedule between 8.00 am - 6.00 pm (Flexible)
**Responsibilities**
- Entering data onto consulate electronic forms
- Maintaining accurate database records
- Cross checking completed workloads to ensure the data record is accurate
- Managing own time to ensure maximum efficiency whilst remaining flexible to changing priorities.
- Managing electronic filing systems and scanning of files.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English to a high standard (Both written and spoken) - Essential
- Fluency in German (Essential) - any other languages are advantageous
- Proven excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and good telephone manner
- Proven organisational abilities and time management skills
- Graduate level degree or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
