PMO Analyst

An established insurance company based in the Cardiff area, are going through an exciting period of both growth and investment. They are looking to build their PMO function and are looking to bring on board a talented PMO Analyst, to be part of this strategicdevelopment.
As a PMO analyst you will play a critical role in delivering a high standard of strategic information to support the Portfolio Office. This role therefore requires someone who can demonstrate:

- The ability to manage different types of stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage at both middle management and board level
- Experience working on an IT focused change programme
- Experience working in an Agile or hybrid change environment
- Ability to provide critical support to the Portfolio Delivery Operation Lead
- Ability to use reporting tools e.g. Jira and Power BI to provide quality information

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Support delivery teams to comply with quality standards and delivery Governance Framework, provide support with completing documentation when required, ensure traceability for any future audits.
- Share Agile principles and culture in the PMO
- Provide quality information to the Portfolio Office
- Track delivery key metrics
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, monthly business reviews, critical dependency management, and the synchronisation of teams in the Portfolio
- Budgeting and managing requests
- Drive collaboration and continuous improvement mind-set within the PMO and Centre of Excellence team

This is a **remote role**which may require you to be on site once every quarter.
