**Full-Time - 37.5 hours per week - Permanent**

If you have 3 years of experience with at least three National Governing Body qualifications from the list below and have the potential to continue to progress further with the right support, get in touch for a conversation.
- Paddle Sport Leader (UKCC L1 Coach) with personal performance award (formerly 3*)
- Rock Climbing Instructor (formerly SPA)
- RYA Dinghy Instructor with Safety Boat
- Summer Mountain Leader
- 16hr First Aid certificate
- PGCE, OE Diploma, Certificate or degree, APIOL, Level 3 formally PTLS, D32.32 Trainer Assessor

**The role**:

- Providing inspirational, safe, high-quality instruction and learning
- Course directing large school’s programmes.
- Acting as a role model and mentor to seasonal instructors
- Joining the Duty Team to ensure safe and secure residential stays.
