Seeking someone with proven experience as a Senior APClerk and who is seeking to work on a contract for a vibrant and growing business.

Location: Remote with one day on site (Northampton)

Salary - Competitive

**Administration**
- Supplier details and payment information to be accurately maintained.
- Process invoices and credits onto the Purchase Ledger system in line with department

**Reconciliation**
- Prompt analysis of supplier queries, including supplier statement reconciliations to assist
- management in agreeing the appropriate corrective action.
- Document, investigate, and rectify statements to ledger differences. Ensure follow up
- procedure with suppliers and internal departments.
- Request and ensure missing invoices and credits are received and on the Purchase Ledger

**Workflow**
- Expedite documents to the correct cost centre for authorisation in line with company procedures and
- Identify ways to reduce the number of invoice queries presented to ensure suppliers are paid to terms.
- With your previous general accounting knowledge and proficient excel skills, this is a perfect opportunity to demonstrate your strong organisational and prioritising skills.

**Personal Skills and Attributes**:

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proven experience as an Purchase Ledger clerk
- Can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
