The main purpose of the Amazon Specialist is to own the performance targets, ongoing optimisation, advertising and reporting of Dermatica’s Amazon global presence.

**Responsibilities**

Amazon Stores & Catalogue Set Up
- Update existing products and set up new ones in the UK store, including regular listings and setting up bundles.
- Set up a Dermatica store within Amazon UK.
- Launch a Dermatica Amazon store and all new listings in the US market, and potentially additional markets in the future.
- Create A+ content.
- Conduct competitive research to select key selling points and positioning

Ongoing Amazon Channel Management
- Ongoing keyword optimisation for listings/catalogue.
- Manage any category approvals.
- Manage any observations within the Amazon account to ensure maximum upside time.
- Management of store listings’ reviews.
- Reporting of detailed sales performance.
- Monitor seller rating.

Amazon Advertising Management
- Plan, execute and optimise ads to maximise sales while reducing ACOS.
- Plan and manage the execution of sponsored products campaigns and Amazon promotions.
- Identify promotional opportunities, including launching weekly deals and Prime exclusive deals to boost sales of top drivers of additional purchases.
- Budget management towards weekly, monthly and quarterly goals.
- Tracking and reporting of Amazon advertising performance.

Expansion planning
- Liaise with the data team to understand the overall value of Amazon customers to the wider business (i.e. impact on conversions to subscriptions, lifetime value comparisons, etc).
- Support the Head of Growth in budgeting, forecasting, and overall planning efforts.

**Requirements**:
Knowledge & Experience:

- 5+ years of e-commerce experience
- At least 2+ years of Amazon store management experience
- Demonstrated track record of increasing e-commerce revenues via Amazon in a multi-channel business model
- Must have worked with at least one D2C brand in the United States

Core Skills:

- Excellent communication skills - the role will also be responsible for communicating any challenges, new opportunities and plans for Amazon to the wider business
