Factory Operative

As an operative you will be required to:
- Set up & operate machinery and associated equipment.
- Maintain accurate record keeping, ensuring traceability.
- To observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity products
- Stop or reset machine when malfunctions occur. Clear jams, and report issues to lead ops and shift managers.
- Perform changeovers in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain the cleanliness of the production line
The role is based within a multi beverage (alcohol and non-alcohol) production environment and previous knowledge and experience of working within this environment would be advantageous but not essential as training is provided.
This role will be based on the following 3 shift pattern of
- 6.00 am to 2 pm - Monday to Friday
- 2.00 pm to 10 pm (£15.90 per shift allowance) - Monday to Friday
- 10.00 pm to 6 am (£23.32 per shift allowance) - Sunday to Thursday
Working hours - 80 per fortnight (overtime above 80 hours paid at time and half) and paid fortnightly.
