**Equans is looking for a Patient Services Team Leader to join our team in Queen Alexandria Hospital, PO6 3LY on a permanent basis. This is a Part time role working 30 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £19,468.80 depending on skills and experience.**

**Shift Pattern: 30 hours to be wprked over 7 days**

**General Overview**:
The Team Leader will be responsible to the Facilities Management Team for the cleanliness of the hospital and the supervision of Ward Housekeepers and Patient Service Assistants.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Good general level of education
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Essential) (Desirable)
- Basic Health and Safety Certificate (Desirable)
- Supervisory management qualification (Desirable)
- Ability to work as part of a team (Essential)
- Experience of performance management of employees including appraisals
- Experience of working within Hotel & Catering industry and/or Facilities Management sector (Desirable)
- Experience in a supervisory capacity
- Computer literate, ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
