**Harry Barker Properties** are currently recruiting Groundworkers for various projects in the South Lakes.

General Duties
- Foundations (Strip, Trench, Ring Beam, Raft)
- Ground Floors (Suspended Concrete, Block & Beam, Ground)
- Plot Drainage
- Flagging, Edgings
- Block Paving
- Deep Adoptable Drainage
- Road Formations
- 5 to 6 Days a week

**Experience**:

- Groundwork: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
- Roller Ticket (preferred)
- Dumper Ticket (preferred)

Work Location: Generally, Barrow and surrounding areas

**Salary**: £10.50-£18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cumbria: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (required)
- Driving Licence (required)
