**Job Title**: Mortgage Administrator

**Location**: Oxford

**Salary**: £25,000 upwards (depending on experience and qualifications)

**About the Role**

**What Your Day to Day Duties Will Include as a Mortgage Administrator**:

- Communicate with clients to obtain necessary documentation and information.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date mortgage files, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and distribute required documents, such as loan agreements, disclosures, and closing documents.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all documentation meets internal and external guidelines.
- Liaise with lenders, real estate agents, appraisers, and other parties involved in the mortgage process to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Coordinate and schedule mortgage closings, ensuring all necessary parties are present and required documentation is available.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance.

**What is Needed to Be Considered as a Mortgage Administrator**:

- Proven work experience as a Mortgage Administrator, Mortgage Processor, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage lending processes, regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
