As our Senior Marketing Exec, you’ll collaborate with our sales team to strategically position Storm Internet as an industry leader in managed hosting. We need someone experienced, enthusiastic, and ready to make an impact.

**What you will be doing**
- Lead and oversee the marketing function ensuring the implementation and execution of marketing strategies that align with the commercial objectives.
- Manage LinkedIn and other social media presence, creating and posting content, working with our copywriter.
- Manage and optimise Linkedin Ads and Google PPC to drive traffic and conversions.
- Work with SEO team to optimise results.
- Write and send customer newsletters.
- Manage company website and content, working with the web team.
- Creating compelling case studies.
- Manage content writers and designers.
- Support sales team with content for lead generation and other sales activities.
- Review website analytics and optimise sitemap and content for increased inbound lead generation.
- Creatively advising on new marketing activities to increase revenue.
- Report on marketing campaign performance and strategic outcomes.

**Skills & Experience**
- 3+ years marketing experience.
- Experience with Google Ads and Analytics.
- B2B social media marketing experience.
- Familiarity with WordPress for website management.
- Demonstrable success in generating new business and revenue through innovative marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrable B2B marketing experience
- Experience working in a start-up environment or fast growth organisation - desirable.
- Experience of leading a marketing function or working in a senior marketing role - desirable.

- A first-class communicator, particularly through writing.
- Analytical thinker who is good at analysing data and insights in order to develop robust plans
- Methodical with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent level of written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-reliant, enthusiastic, and motivated.
- Commercially minded
- Interest in the tech sector and cloud hosting technologies - desirable.

**Employment Type**:Full Time, Part-time,Permanent

**Location**:Witney, Oxfordshire (Predominantly office-based role)

**Hours**:22 to 37 per week (pending preference)

**Salary**:£35,000 - £40,000 (pending experience) pro-rata

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22 - 37 per week
