- £30,000-£50,000 DOE + BONUS AND BENEFITS***Responsibilities**:

- Extensive diary management for the CEO and wider team; continuous reprioritisation of tasks meetings, ensuring team schedules are manageable and priorities and deliverables are met each week.
- Create and maintain internal knowledge documents, eg. Organisational charts, Update Documents and manage extensive tracker systems to assist with internal organisation.
- Work closely with colleagues to capture both search and non-search related information in the database whilst maintaining highest level of data quality when populating in-house database in order to facilitate effective user access.
- Provide high quality, thorough administration and project management in response to specific assignment requirements.

Required:

- Analytical. Highly organised - outstanding time management and ability to prioritise.
- Excellent listening skills. Exceptional written and verbal communications skills and ability to produce focussed relevant documentation for clients
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and working to demanding deadlines
- Ability to see the big picture whilst maintain strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills, particularly the ability to interact credibly with individuals from all levels of an organisation both internally and externally
- Expert in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Prior search experience would be helpful, but not necessary Personal Qualities:
