Park Warden

X2 Recruit are looking for a Park Warden for our Client in Bideford.

To patrol Victoria Park controlling/enforcing as necessary all users by the use of Bye - Laws and any other relevant legislation.
- Maintain the paddling pool area (including locking and unlocking), cleaning, chemical dosing, litter/waste removal, defect recording, accurate record keeping and incident reporting.
- Report directly to Parking Services Supervisor any visible defects to play equipment, floor surfaces, fencing, seating, litter bins and dog waste bins.
- Issue fixed penalty notices in relation to dog control orders.
- Liaise on a daily basis with the Parking Services Supervisor (as the first point of call at all times) on issues relating to the function of the park.
- Be polite and courteous to members of the public, other staff and elected Members at all times.
- Be flexible and willing to undertake other duties in-line with the grading of this post.

Shifts vary over 7 days between 900-1700

26 hours PW
