Credit Controller

**About the Role**

Chalvington Group is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team. The Credit Controller will be responsible for the day-to-day financial activities of the company.

**Responsibilities**
- Making a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors
- Ensuring timely payment of debts
- Following up payments as needed
- Responding to relevant client enquiries
- Processing and reconciliation of invoices
- Checking and posting of receipts to accounting systems
- Oversee all financial transactions of the company and manage credit accounts
- Review customer accounts to determine delinquency, assess payment options, and take appropriate action to ensure timely payments

This position is part-time (4 hours/week) at our Hailsham office.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 4 per week

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

**Experience**:

- credit control: 1 year (preferred)
