Roseland Furniture is a Truro based, national e-commerce retailer specialising in Home & Garden. As part of our operations we run a Truro based Outlet & Clearance store to sell end of line/discontinued stock & customer returns.

As we develop & grow the Outlet & Clearance store, an opportunity has arisen for a store/warehouse assistant. Reporting to the Outlet Manager you’ll assist in the day to day running of the store & warehouse areas, restocking the store, helping to unload & prepare items and interact with our valued customers.

Please note this is a physically demanding role due to the nature of the goods involved. It will involve moving/handling bulky/heavy furniture using appropriate equipment.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Providing support on the sales floor when busy/ Outlet Manager is absent
- Ensuring sales floor is well stocked
- Maintain storage area in line with Health & Safety requirements
- Assist main retail store (in Truro) with stock movements/restocking
- Assist customers with loading/moving items
- Unloading, unboxing & preparing items for display & sale
- Supporting returns warehouse with returns processing

**There is an Expectation to**:

- Develop your customer service & sales skills to support the Outlet Manager
- Suggest ideas to improve efficiency of stock movement & handling
- Step up in the Outlet Managers absence
- Offer assistance where needed to support the business

**Package & Benefits**:

- £26,000 + OTE
- Consisting of £21,000 Salary + Sales Commission + Annual Sales Target Bonus

**Experience**:

- Ability to work weekends (Rota)
- Customer Service experience
- Current and valid Forklift License
- Full driving licence

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
