Legal Operations Lead / Admin Manager - role overview:
This highly regarded independent law firm handles the personal and business interests of a diverse client portfolio of ultra-high net worth individuals ranging from the discreet to the high profile.
This exceptional opportunity as Legal Operations Lead / Admin Manager would suit an experienced Operations professional with supervisory / management experience, understanding of compliance, outstanding organisation, and the ability to provide high levels ofservice in a client-facing environment.
This Legal Operations Lead / Admin Manager opportunity is an Ambassador role acting as a central point of contact for all office management and compliance activity throughout the Division. You'll be the right hand to the Division Head / Senior Partners as wellas leading, motivating, and developing a team of Legal Operations admin staff. Previous legal experience is an advantage but not essential, however, client-facing and team leadership experience are crucial.

Legal Operations Lead / Admin Manager - key responsibilities:
- The primary point of contact for Divisional Head's office
- Full calendar management for the Head
- Ensuring Head is fully prepared for all meetings
- Taking minutes as required
- Providing PA assistance to the Head and other Partners as required
- Office management for the Division
- Day to day leadership, motivation and development of a team of Legal Operations staff
- Overseeing and monitoring compliance checklist
- Identifying and implementing training and learning initiatives for team members to ensure they are supported in their personal and professional development
- Ensuring team members are recruited, inducted, supported, and developed in their roles involving holding one-to-ones and liaising with fee-earners and utilising data to identify issues
- Regular contact with fee earners to be aware of factors affecting support needed by the Legal Ops team
- Supporting the Head with financial planning acting as an interface between lawyers and Accounts
