Drum Tutor

Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in Drums for Trinity exams.
- Assess students' academic needs and develop personalized lesson plans to address those needs.
- Communicate with parents or guardians to provide progress updates and discuss areas for improvement.
- Adapt tutoring techniques to accommodate students with special education needs or learning disabilities.
- Assist students in developing study skills, organization techniques, and test-taking strategies.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional methods as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively educate and explain complex concepts to students of varying ages and abilities.
- Previous tutoring experience is a plus.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
