**The role**

Due to a large increase in the size and range of services my client provide, they are needing to require a full support service for the trade waste department. This position will involve you supporting a key function of the business, you will be workingclosely with the senior management team to ensure the daily operations of the South East division runs smoothly.

Alongside this you will;
- Manage the back office system to ensure maximum efficiency
- Update customer records as and when required
- Respond to customer queries in an informed and timely manner
- Coordinate with operational depots on any customer queries
- Feedback to customers any operational issues
- Enter new customer contract details and ensure Contracts, Waste Transfer notes, Annual Duty of Care notes are made available.
- Schedule one-off work
- Work with operations to schedule new customers or existing rounds
- Experience of working to strict deadlines in a time critical environment
- Ability to work on own initiative, as an individual or as part of a team
- Experience within a position of similar responsibility in the Service or Logistics industry
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
