- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Assist visitors with inquiries and provide basic information about the organization.
- Ensure visitors sign in and issue visitor badges as needed.
- Forward calls to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Relay messages accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Handle light administrative tasks such as sorting mail and managing deliveries.
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the office manager.
- Address visitor concerns or issues courteously and escalate if necessary
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance.
- Uphold a positive and welcoming attitude throughout the day.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a receptionist role is a plus.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in basic office software and phone systems.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
