**About The Role**: East Kent Colleges (EKC) Group, is seeking to recruit a CRM Officer to their team. You will be joining a new team and will be responsible for operational support of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Database, used by the Group, across our six colleges and our EKC Training Business Unit. **Role Overview**:

- co-ordinate and support the adoption of the CRM system
- consistently deploy CRM user journeys
- maintain best practices and standards in the CRM to guarantee consistent performance and stability

**About You**:
We are seeking to appoint a knowledgeable and customer focused professional to join team. You will be able to work independently and carry out the duties of the post with mínimal direct personal supervision and will have high level organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities effectively.

You will have a working knowledge of and practical experience in CRM e.g Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or HubSpot. You will also have good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate in non-technical terms with staff /students experiencing difficulties operating the systems.

Previous experience dealing with supporting end users with technology issues and providing user training would be an advantage.
