CNC Programmer, Setter & Operator - Experimental Manufacturing
GTS International has partnered with a global product leader in delivering innovative and sustainable mobility solutions who are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer, Setter & Operator to join our experimental manufacturing team in Gillingham, Kent.
Key Responsibilities:

- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety, quality, and environment
- Program, set, and run multi-axis CNC machines to specified instructions and using part measurements
- Manufacture high-precision complex components and assemblies
- Use a variety of measuring equipment
- Follow manufacturing layouts and control plans
- Complete necessary documentation and produce status reports when requested
- Conduct front-line maintenance and basic fault diagnosis within training limits

Skills and Qualifications:

- Apprentice or experience in an Engineering related discipline (Mechanical, software, electronics, etc.)
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T
- Ability to program CNC machines and use a variety of manufacturing techniques
- Ability to use a variety of measuring techniques and equipment
- Desirable: HNC or other Engineering qualification, CAD/CAM software experience, good IT skills
