Seafront Catering

Seafront Catering are looking for a flexible, hard working and motivated person to join the team. They are looking for someone with experience in working in a high volume, seasonal environment. They must be able to work within a team as well as independantly, as required, using their own initative. A high level of customer service is expected as dealing with members of the public is a key part of the role. Applicants must have great communication skills when dealing with customers, suppliers and colleagues.

The job involves working weekends and Bank Holidays. There will be longer shifts during peak season to deal with the high demand and shorter shifts during the winter months. Flexibility is essential throughout the year to assist with the smooth running of operations.

The job involves delivering and reordering stock to the 23 sites across the 15 miles of seafront, so a full drivers licence is essential.

As a result of the creation of BCP Council in 2019, we are working on simplifying our terms and conditions of service and will be creating a single pay structure which is to be applicable for all employees. It is important to us that we offer benefits that our colleagues value as part of their total employment package and we are reviewing these to make sure we have it right. We are in the process of establishing a timescale for implementation and colleagues joining us will be included in these changes. Expected to be in place 2024.
