**Are you an experienced Administrator who understands manufacturing and assembly processes?**

We are looking for an organised Administrator who is able to work on their own initiative and plan operations to ensure production deadlines are met. You will have a good understanding of manufacturing processes and ideally experience of using Syspro. Liaising with multiple people across the business, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate you excellent communication skills and customer focus.

Brightwell Dispensers Group is a global designer and leading manufacturer of innovative soap, paper and chemical dispensers, dilution equipment and dosing systems. Based in the UK, we export to 85 countries worldwide, supported by a network of exclusive distributors. Our product ranges cover all hygiene environments such as away-from-home washrooms, healthcare and leisure facilities, on-premise and industrial laundries and professional kitchens.

Key areas of responsibility:

- Record production line data daily and update records.
- Produce a working production plan each morning in line with customer orders and line availability.
- Produce a plan to ensure the through put of sub-components are in line with the production plan
- Manage the entire administrative process from sales order receipt to despatch of goods,
- Purchase consumable materials, stationery, MRO and other non-stock items
- Maintaining total productive maintenance program, to ensure the production equipment servicing requirements are met in line production and serving schedule.
- Manage the month end stock checking process to ensure accurate and timely recording of data.
- Issue and/or collate records from internal and external scheduled or reactive maintenance.
- Manage inbound and outbound mail.
- Filing/storage and archiving of information, records and data as required.
- Preparing reports & presentations as determined by the Production Manager.Provide general administrative support to the facility.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,720.00 per year
