**Tyre Fitter - Quedam Tyres and MOT**

**What will I be responsible for?**

Joining as Tyre Fitter, you will be responsible for checking, removing, replacing and repairing worn and damaged or defective tyres on cars and light commercial vehicles.

**Your Key Accountabilities**:

- Check, remove, replace and repair worn and damaged or defective tyres on cars and light commercial vehicles.
- Repair punctures and ensure correct air pressures and levels in tyres.
- Carry out balance and wheel alignment and tracking adjustments.
- Perform basic data inputting (with training).
- Loading and unloading tyres, deliveries and equipment.
- Exceed customer care standards, service and satisfaction through excellent quality of work, advice and customer interaction.

**Could this be the ideal role for me?**

The ideal Tyre Fitter will ideally be able to demonstrate proven experience of working within a fast-paced automotive service environment and working as part of a team. You must have great customer service skills along with a good understanding of working safely.

Quedam Tyres in Yeovil is a family owned Independent Tyre Centre that has been established since 1986 and is part of The Palmers Group.

We service Yeovil and its surrounding areas with a straight forward aim to provide an unrivalled customer service experience covering all aspects of tyre and vehicle maintenance and care. We stock a wide variety of tyres to cater for all vehicle makes and models. These include Van Tyres, 4x4 Tyres, Motorcycle Tyres, High Performance Tyres and Cheap Tyres.
